How to get support for referral issues 


The Regional Benefit Coordination team is here to assist! 


To initiate a referral to Helper Bees, the client should first contact their insurance provider to:

  • Verify their eligibility for In-Home Support Services.
  • Determine their specific coverage and benefits.

Once the client has confirmed their eligibility with their insurance provider, their case manager can then submit a referral on their behalf.

The referral will then be processed by our system and reflected in your account accordingly.
