To address the client's unique physiological, safety, psychological, self-esteem and
self-actualization needs in a plan of home care.
To serve as a resource for the client, the caregiver, and the community.

To assist and involve families in assuming the responsibility of clients at home
without unduly affecting the emotional or physical well-being of the family.
